Our goal is for your gift basket to arrive at each destination in perfect condition!
We ship our gift baskets Monday thru Thursday, It is our policy not to ship gift baskets on Friday as these baskets remain in the shipper’s warehouse Saturday - Sunday and we prefer our
basket’s to remain in a temputure controlled environment when not in route to their destination.
UPS is the preferred shipper of The Victorian Cottage, Federal Express Service is available upon request. Most parcels range from $10.50 to $20.50 for regular ground service. All other
requests for 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, will be quoted upon request. Our orders are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise requested.
Penalty fees for incorrect addresses will be charged.
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.
