The Victorian Cottage is committed to customer
service and protecting the privacy of our
customers. Under No Circumstances will we
disclose or sell our database to any third
party.
Personal Orders
require payment by credit card. We accept Master
card, Visa, American Express,
Discover
Sales tax of 6% will be applied
to all orders within the State of Georgia.
Corporate Accounts - Your
Company Account may be established after
completing a credit application. We do request a
credit card for the first order, and will keep
the number on file. If payment is not
received within 15 business days of the date of
the invoice, the amount will be placed on the
credit card. Past due accounts will be charged a
late fee.
Basket Orders Placed for
Local Delivery by 10:00 a.m. will be delivered
the same day. Any orders placed after 10:00 a.m.
will be delivered the next business day.
Basket Orders Placed from our
website will be shipped the following day
pending veification of payment.
Residential Deliveries will be made
Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM. and 5:00
PM. Delivery charges start at $8.00. this fee
covers most of the greater Lawrenceville area.
Outlying areas of Lawrenceville, may incur a
$12.00 delivery fee. Residential
Deliveries made when no one is available to
receive the delivery will be left with a
neighbor if possible and a door tag will be left
with notification of delivery and location.
Re-delivery Attempts - or re-routed
deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one
is available to receive packages, a second
delivery attempt will be made. You will be
charged accordingly. you will also be charged if
the second delivery attempt is due to an
incorrect address.
Commercial Deliveries
will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00
AM and 4:00 PM. Fees are the same as the
residential fees outlined above.
To
better serve you, we frequently shop trade shows
all over the country to provide our customers
with the latest in product and design, therefore
we reserve the right to substitute products of
equal or greater value.
